1. Oil Stain Cleaning: When the oil stains on the surface of parts are thick, they should be scraped off first. For cleaning parts for second-hand generator rental, commonly used cleaning solutions include alkaline cleaning solutions and synthetic detergents. When using alkaline cleaning solutions for hot cleaning, heat them to 70~90℃, immerse the parts for 10~15 minutes, then remove them and rinse them with clean water, and finally blow them dry with compressed air.

Removal of Carbon Deposits A simple mechanical removal method can be used to remove carbon deposits. This involves using a metal brush or scraper to remove the deposits, but this method is not easy to remove the carbon deposits completely and can easily damage the surface of the parts. Chemical methods can also be used to remove carbon deposits. First, a carbon remover (chemical solution) is heated to 80~90℃ to expand and soften the carbon deposits on the parts, and then a brush or other tool is used to remove them.

The chemical solution for removing scale is added to the coolant, and after the engine operates for a certain period of time, the coolant is replaced. Common chemical solutions for removing scale include caustic soda solution or hydrochloric acid solution, sodium fluoride hydrochloric acid descaler, and phosphoric acid descaler. Phosphoric acid descaler is suitable for removing scale on aluminum alloy parts.
