Control System

Hichai Standard Control Panel adopts microprocessor technology integrating digital, intelligent and network technologies. It supports the following functions:

Auto start/stop

Auto/manual mode switch

Data display: voltage, current, frequency, applied load power, active power, average power, kWh, kVarh, RPM, oil pressure (Bar/PSI), auxiliary analog outputs 1 & 2, battery voltage, operating hours.

Alarm, warning, fault diagnosis, and PC communication via RS485, RS232 and USB ports

Optional CAN bus communication port for reading ECU engine data.

Operating temperature range: -40 ℃ to 70 ℃

The controller is equipped with an LCD display. Chinese and English display interfaces are optional, enabling simple and reliable operation.
